When I started pursuing a career in the game industry, I was never aiming to become a producer.
Programming has always had a special place in my heart. I still remember learning Python in high school and getting the first "hello world" printed on the terminal screen. For the longest time, I loved the satisfaction of solving a programming problem.
I decided to change my focus to production because I realized there was more learning opportunity. People say production is probably the least sexy part of game development, but that is the best part in my mind. I get the front role seat to witness the creation of a project from a white box to a well refine project. There are so many stories to tell, from the frustration of the progress falling behind to the happiness of finishing the project. It is the most wonderful experience in my opinion.
